Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of online courses, lessons, materials, events, and related services offered by Foresight Nexus ("Foresight Nexus", "we", "us", or "our") in Bangladesh. By visiting our website, enrolling in a course, or making a payment, you agree to follow these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase or use our courses.

Course enrollment and access

Course descriptions, schedules, prices, access periods, and included materials are shown on the relevant course page or communicated before purchase. Enrollment is confirmed after we receive a successful payment confirmation.

Your course access is personal to you. You may not share your login, enrollment link, recorded lessons, or course materials with another person. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe that access is being shared or misused.

We may update course content, instructors, schedules, or delivery methods when needed to improve the learning experience. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to enrolled learners.

Payments and pricing

All prices are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise mentioned. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payment through the available payment method.

A payment may be processed by a third-party payment service. That provider may process the transaction information required to complete your payment under its own terms and privacy practices. Foresight Nexus does not store your card, mobile financial service, or banking credentials.

We may change course prices before purchase. The price shown and accepted at the time of your successful enrollment will apply to that enrollment.

Refunds and cancellations

Please review the course details before purchasing. Unless a course page or written offer states a different policy, course fees are non-refundable once course access or downloadable materials have been provided.

If a course is cancelled by Foresight Nexus, or if we cannot reasonably deliver the purchased course, we may offer a rescheduled course, replacement course, or refund of the affected course fee. Any refund will be made through the available payment channel and may be subject to the payment provider's processing time.

To request help with a payment or cancellation, contact support@foresightnexus.com with your payment reference and course name. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.

Learner responsibilities

You agree to use the platform and course materials lawfully and respectfully. You must not copy, record, resell, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any course content without our prior written permission.

You must not use a course to harass others, impersonate another person, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

Course completion, certificates, or learning outcomes are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your participation, practice, and the conditions of the course you purchase.

Intellectual property

Course videos, text, slides, designs, logos, exercises, recordings, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Foresight Nexus and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the materials for learning; it does not transfer ownership.

You may quote a short portion for personal study or lawful review with appropriate attribution, but you may not reproduce or share substantial parts of the course without written permission.

Information, cookies, and privacy

We do not use cookies on this website and do not save or retain users' personal information for profiling, advertising, or unrelated marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share user information with advertisers.

When you contact us, enroll, or make a payment, limited information may be visible to us or our service providers only as needed to respond to you, confirm enrollment, deliver the course, provide support, prevent misuse, or complete a payment. We do not retain payment credentials such as card numbers or mobile banking PINs.

Third-party services, including payment providers or links to external platforms, may have their own privacy policies and technical requirements. Their handling of information is governed by their terms, not by this statement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep our courses and website available, accurate, and useful, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be temporarily affected by maintenance, internet problems, power outages, payment provider issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foresight Nexus is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of a course. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when our courses, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through direct communication. If it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
